The contract between you and us when you place an order.
Who you are contracting with
These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Beyond Boundaries Coffee LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17432463, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We trade as Beyond Boundaries. Our returns and postal address is Florentine House, Cuckoo Close, Barlaston, Stoke on Trent, ST12 9FP.
Placing an order
Adding items to your basket commits you to nothing. A contract is formed when your payment is accepted. Our payment provider sends you a receipt at that point, which is your confirmation that the order is placed.
If it turns out we cannot fulfil an order, for example because something has sold out, we will contact you and refund you in full. Nothing in that affects your statutory rights.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page. Postage is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and none is shown separately.
We try to keep prices accurate. If we spot a pricing error after you have ordered but before your order has gone out, we will contact you. You can either confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Product descriptions
Coffee and tea are agricultural products and vary between harvests. Tasting notes describe what we expect you to find rather than guaranteeing it. Photographs are illustrative.
Allergens and food information
Allergen information is being compiled from our roastery’s published data and will appear on each product page before launch. (not yet confirmed)
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. See our refund policy for how cancellations and returns work.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
