Shipping policy

Roasted to order, which means we are not the fastest.

Dispatch

We roast and grind to order rather than picking from a shelf, so orders take a little longer to leave us than they would from a warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days at the latest, and usually sooner.

Delivery times and cost

  • Standard delivery £2.99, free on orders over £35.
  • Allow 2 working days from dispatch.

We send parcels by:

  • DPD express, next working day with a one hour delivery slot
  • Royal Mail tracked

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom. The Scottish Highlands, the Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man carry a surcharge of £5. You choose that option at checkout and the cost is shown before you pay.

We do not ship outside the United Kingdom, and our carriers cannot deliver to BFPO addresses. Our checkout cannot spot one of those addresses automatically, so if you order to one we will contact you and refund the order in full rather than leave you waiting for a parcel that cannot arrive.

If your order does not arrive

Contact us with your order number. Parcels do occasionally go astray, and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement. Please allow a little longer than the estimate before assuming the worst, especially around Christmas.
